Signed upon the front free endpaper, '' J.C. Penney / 10/20 - 48.'' Book is bound in grey cloth boards. Light uniform toning, otherwise near fine. Housed in an unclipped dustjacket, showing the very first J.C. Penney store. Dustjacket is in fair condition.
