From the office of the White House Press Secretary, first release details the President's appointment of Charles Rhetts of Indiana as Ambassador to Liberia. Second release lists additional appointments to be sent to the Senate that same day, including a large group of Foreign Service Officers. 2pp. on two separate sheets, releases measure 8.5'' x 11''.
