Silver Gymnastics medal from the XXIe Olympiad, won at the Olympic games in Montreal, Canada in 1976. Front of medal features a design originally created for the 1928 games, showing a woman surrounded by the symbols of Victory, Fraternity and Universality. Stylized laurel crown and the emblem of the Montreal Games are displayed to verso of the silver medal, won by a member of the USSR gymnastics team. ''Gymnastique'' is engraved to the rim. Measures 2.4'' in diameter. Very good.
