Marlene Dietrich's own travel alarm clock with calendar. Looping SA brand clock from the Neuchatel region of Switzerland dates to circa 1960's. Outer case is red with gold-plated metal; back of the case is brass. The bezel around the dial is embossed and the case stands on two barrel type feet. White dial has a gilt baton hour chapter with luminescent dots placed every five minutes along the open minute track, a calendar aperture is seen at the three position, as well as luminescent hands and a gilt alarm hand with the words, ''Looping Antimagnetic'' in the upper dial, ''Alarm 8 days'' in the lower and ''Switzerland'' at the bottom of the dial. Back of the canister has keys for winding the spring for the time and the alarm, and knobs for setting the hands and the alarm. Measures 1.5'' x 2'' x .75'' in depth.
