Signed along the mat in black ink, ''Best wishes to Ken Scheibel / Jimmy Carter / 12-74''. Measures 17'' x 13'', with very minor toning to mat. Second photo depicts President Johnson shaking hands with Ken Scheibel, signed along mat, ''To Ken Scheibel / With regards / Lyndon B. Johnson''. Measures 9'' x 10.5'', with foxing in spots and general fading, including to signature. Very good condition overall.
