Together with a free franked envelope with Roosevelt's stamped signature as Vice President, postmarked 12 March 1901 from Washington D.C. Signature card measures 3.5'' x 2.25'' with minor toning; envelope measures 6'' x 3.5'' with toning and chipping to edges. Overall, very good.
