Includes: (1) Handwritten note on memorandum paper to O'Connor reading in full: ''Dear Marita, The Badger Hood is shapeless -- I return it with the other 2 hats you were kind enough to send up -- I will take the lynx hood with me (my coat is over there, so I can see it goes with the badger collar) & if it isn't exactly right I'll bring it in after Xmas -- it is a bit small -- thank you so much and have a really happy Christmas. Love JKO''. Measures 4.25'' x 6.25''. (2) Autograph note, unsigned, on N.A. Steers letterhead discussing items she needs for her half-sister's wedding to Lewis Polk Rutherford, which took place on 30 July 1966. Reads in part, ''...must have by mid-July for Janet Auchincloss wedding. Please send the remainder to Miss Marita...instead of flower have a tiger lily silk sash with a big bow streaming down the back...'' Measures 6.25'' x 6.25'' with a top 6.25'' x 2.5''slip stapled to letter. (3) Handwritten addressed envelope in Jackie Kennedy's hand, ''Marita Custom Hats Bergdorf Goodman'' and ''Onassis -- 1040 Ste'' to verso. Measures 8'' x 5''. Overall very good condition.
