Dottie West owned stage worn costume. The Grammy-winning country singer's lavender gown by Lillie Rubin features a cowl back and a drop waist. Dress is encrusted with little clusters of purple-pink and iridescent glitter, concentrated heavily over the bodice and thinning out over the waist and skirt. Dress is a size 6. Some makeup residue or discoloration to the inside neckline, else near fine. With a COA from Tess Frizzell, West's granddaughter.
