Ventriloquist Edgar Bergen signed assignment of copyright, dated 30 April 1954. Bergen signs ''Edgar Bergen'' in blue ink. With his sidekick dummy, Charlie McCarthy, Bergen appeared on film, stage and radio, most notably as part of the ''The Chase and Sanborn Hour.'' Contract reads: ''...the work entitled 'WHERE WERE YOU?' pursuant to receipt in copy right office...hereby transfers and assigns to KEN MURRAY...'' Measures 8.5'' x 13''. Light toning and tears in the folder holes, else near fine condition. Also signed and sealed by a Notary Public.
