Excerpt: ''...it is agreed that in the event of radio engagements and or personal stage appearances for the exclusive services of Dickie Moore...compensation will be paid...'' Signed in ink by Moore, his parents and Hal Roach Studios' Vice President, Henry Ginsberg. Document measures 8.5'' x 11''. Staple holes and mild foxing, overall very good condition.
