Elizabethan era document. Handwritten document is an estimate for victual ships in Portsmouth in 1599 listing ships in port. Signed twice by "Henry Palmer" as comptroller of the navy and countersigned by two others. Two-page document on a single sheet of card-style paper measures 7.75" x 11.75". Mounted to a paper board measuring 8.75" x 12.75". Expected age wear and dampstaining to lower right portion. Overall very good.
