Handsome achievement award presented to Mickey Rooney at the Montreal World Film Festival in 1998. Rare non-competitive award is in the shape of a man's head in profile, chin turned up, with a cutout image of a hand and arm extending through the face and a three rectangle motif on the back of the head. One-sided sculpture is mounted to a cylindrical base that reads, ''Festival Des Films Du Monde Montreal'' around the outer edge. An affixed plaque is engraved, ''Mickey Rooney / Career Achievement / Montreal 1998''. Measures 9.75'' in height and 6.5'' wide with a 4'' diameter base. Weighs 5 pounds 8 ounces. Some rusting to the joint of figure and base, else fine. Obtained directly from Mickey Rooney with an LOA from Rooney.
