Invitation is addressed to a Mr. and Mrs. Smith and reads in part, ''The President and Mrs. Taft request the pleasure of the company of Mr. and Mrs. Smith at a reception to be held at The White House...'' Invitation measures 5.75'' x 4.75''. Minor toning and two small pencil marks along right side. Includes original envelope. Near fine.
