William H. Taft typed letter signed on his personal stationery, dated 12 November 1913 to ''Ladies Home Journal'' Editor Edward Bok. Letter reads in part, ''...you expect to take me up to Potts-town in an automobile from West Philadelphia...I would like very much to get back to New York City that night, so that I could stay at my brother's house Saturday night and be in New York early Sunday morning...With best wishes, believe me, Sincerely yours, Wm H Taft''. Single page on card style stationery measures 7'' x 9.25''. Very good condition.
