Card has Berle's membership number and name printed, with a 1 November 2001 expiration, less than a year before he passed away. Card stipulates equity regulations to verso. Unsigned by Berle, pink laminate card measures 3.25'' x 2'' and is in fine condition. From the Milton Berle estate.
