Comedic genius Milton Berle's ''Hartmann'' black leather wallet, with a personalized ''MB'' monogram in gilt to the interior. Berle became wildly famous during the Golden Age of television for his highly visual style, characterized by vaudeville slapstick and outlandish costumes that garnered him a spot as permanent host on the NBC show ''Texaco Star Theater''. He became television's first star, earning the nickname, ''Mr. Television''. Wallet still contains Berle's Songwriters Guild of America card, a ticket to the 1968 Democratic National Convention, 2 GTE calling cards with Berle's name, his Delta Frequent Flyer card, his pacemaker card and a photo portrait of a blonde woman. Some wear from use, else very good to near fine. From the Milton Berle estate.
