Cartoonist Chic Young signs this correspondence card illustrated with his famous creations, Blondie, Dagwood and Baby Dumpling. Young signs ''TO EMMA PRATT HALL / CHIC YOUNG''. Card was posted 26 January 1939. The cartoonist had a daily readership of 52 million and drew his most beloved strip ''Blondie'' for over forty years until his death in 1973. Card measures 6'' x 3.75'', includes original Chic Young stationery envelope and is in fine condition.
