Admiral William Halsey signs a 30 November 1942 ''Time'' magazine cover, featuring his portrait with the title, ''Halsey of the South Pacific''. Signed, ''W.F. Halsey''. At the time of this issue, Halsey served as the Navy's Commander South Pacific Forces and South Pacific Area. Minor rubbing, wear and creasing to 8'' x 11.5'' cover, with tape residue to the verso. Moderate fading to signature, else very good.
