Lewis, it reads in part: ''...Allow me to introduce to you Henry Walters Esquire of Harrisburg who is about to visit your city for a few days. He is the cashier of the Harrisburg Bank & is a gentleman of highly respectable character, & of the true political faith, according to our belief...James Buchanan''. 1pp. measures 7.75'' x 9.75''.
