Chilean President Augusto Pinochet signed photo. Translated from Spanish, the dictator signs ''With my affections to D. Heinz J Corsten / APinochet''. Pinochet was a Chilean army general and ruler who assumed power in a coup d'etat in 1973. He relinquished power in 1990 following international opposition to his regime. 10'' x 8'' matte photo has slight toning otherwise near fine. Original envelope is included with embossed silver Chilean Presidential seal and stamp.
