Richard Nixon signed edition of his political tome ''The Real War.'' Warner Books: New York: 1980. Special slipcase first edition is signed ''Richard Nixon'' in blue ballpoint ink on the fly-leaf. Authored by Nixon five years after his resignation, he writes that World War III between the U.S. and the Soviet Union has begun: ''We are at war.'' Runs 341pp. Brick red cloth boards feature silver lettering and design. Also includes color maps on endpapers and ribbon bookmark sewn into binding. With matching slipcase. Measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Book and slipcase are in near fine condition.
