Front page headlines reflect British and French rejection of German take-it-or-leave-it peace offers while Italy was expected to accept. Within the 18-page newspaper, articles report on sinking of Norwegian ships by Nazi submarines and FDR's repeated statement of his intent to keep America neutral. Light toning to edges of 17'' x 22.25'' newspaper; chipping to left edge from previous binding. Overall very good.
