Degree from Haverford College awarded posthumously to Arthur Ashe by Ann Koger, head coach of women's volleyball and tennis. Undated document in Latin bestows the honor of Doctor of Humane Letters. Degree accompanied by letter offering a quick biography, probably mentioned at the presentation. Degree measures 20.25'' x 14.25''. Both documents are rolled and tied with a Haverford College ribbon. Curling, otherwise very good condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
