Rudy York Boston Red Sox Coach's worn jersey, circa 1961. Top two buttons in place, with all other buttons removed and replaced with zipper. Extra foot long strap has been added to back collar due to the coach's arthritic hands. Front tail shows the ''McAULIFFE'' manufacturer's tag with size ''48'' and year ''61'' tags below. Across the front is ''RED SOX.'' On the back is the coach's number ''34.'' All lettering and numbering done in red on navy felt. Accompanied by provenance from Grey Flannel. Jersey shows normal wear, otherwise fine.
