Original ticket stub and program from the memorable Detroit Tigers vs. California Angels game held on 15 July 1973, in which Nolan Ryan pitched a no-hitter game, striking out 17 batters, the most in a recorded no-hitter game. It became so incredible that Tigers player Norm Cash jokingly came to bat carrying a table leg instead of his bat. Program has scoring marks in pencil; ticket stub reads ''Detroit Tigers / Tiger Stadium / Lower Deck Reserve $3.00'' with the date of the game and seat number. Stub is stapled to front cover of the booklet. Previous owner wrote the date, score and that it was a no hitter on the front cover in ink. Very good condition.
