The MVP signs: ''Don Larsen'' in ink to the autograph space at the tail edge of the 26-line partially printed document. Larsen fills out the fields inquiring of his ''Outstanding Baseball Experiences'' as ''Participate in the World Series'' and responds to ''Where Will Yankees Finish in 1956?'' with, ''First.'' 1pp. document dated 9 January 1956 measures 8.5'' x 14''. Toning and creasing with a few tiny tears to edges, else near fine.
