Each of the three photos of Houston that line the top of the award are labeled ''1 Million Sales'', ''2 Million Sales'' and ''3 Million Sales''. RIAA hologram plaque bears an engraved dedication to an industry executive and certifies the sale of more than 3 million copies. ''Whitney'' has sold more than 9 million copies to date.
