President Franklin D. Roosevelt signs a handsome charcoal sketch of himself from 1933. His autograph inscription to the border reads: ''For Richard J. Finnegan from his friend Franklin Roosevelt'' in fountain pen. Measures 15'' x 19''. Light staining along bottom edge not affecting autograph, else fine.
