Dwight Eisenhower signs a letter typed on his personal gilt-monogrammed stationery dated 16 October 1964. To his older brother Edgar, letter reads in full, ''Dear Ed: Many thanks for your thoughtful message on my birthday. It's a bit shocking to me to realize that I am now entering my seventy-fifth year. I heard a comedian say on television the other evening, 'I am getting no younger.' His friend retorted, 'Who is!' With affectionate regard, As ever, [signed] Ike''. Measures 7'' x 10.25''.
