Photograph shows Edward wearing a wedding band and reading from a sheet before a microphone - the 11 December 1936 radio broadcast in which the Royal announced his abdication from the throne in favor of marriage to Wallis Simpson. Glossy photo measures 8'' x 10''. Creasing to corners and a faint paperclip imprint to the top edge, else near fine.
