Brown, a Fireman in the U.S. Navy who had been disabled in the line of duty. Countersigned by Joseph H. Barnett as commissioner of pensions. With blindstamped Interior seal, document measures 16'' x 9.625''. Foxing, pinholes and fold through signature, overall very good condition. Accompanied by portrait of Usher.
