John Cullen Murphy original artwork for the ''Prince Valiant'' Sunday comic strip, #2340 in the series published 13 December 1981. Drawn in ink over graphite, with some red key lines and blue editorial notes, on three sections of illustration board, conjoined on verso to measure approximately 16.125'' x 22.125''. Paste-up of logo, and one word on first panel. Light wear, overall in very good condition. From the John Cullen Murphy estate.
