Signed in blue felt-tip by Hershel Williams, Jack H. Lucas and George E. Wahlen, all of whom put themselves in severe harm's way to protect their fellow soldiers and advance the U.S. position. Glossy photo is near fine, double-matted and framed to 19.5'' x 23.5''. Frame includes a small container of black sand taken from the Red Beach on Iwo Jima.
