Acclaimed Hollywood costume designer Edith Head costume sketch for Lucille Ball. The 8-time Oscar winner draws a mint green two-piece outfit with white turtleneck and white cuffs and collar on the top. Sketch is labeled ''Lucille Ball / The Lucy Show / 1965'' in black ink to lower left. Edith Head won more Academy Awards than any other woman in history for her costume designs. Single-page drawing measures 14'' x 17''. Irregular top edge from removal from a spiral binding, else fine.
