One shilling note signed by founding father John Morton, signer of the Declaration of Independence for Pennsylvania. Neatly signed ''John Morton'' on the note printed by Hall & Sellers, 1772. Measures approximately 2.75'' x 3.5'', also signed by John Sellers and fellow Pennsylvania delegate Charles Humphreys. Heavy wear and creasing to note, overall in good plus condition. Held in acrylic case, which it can be easily removed from.
