Charles Schulz original "Peanuts" hand-drawn Sunday comic strip. In this strip from 31 August 1969, Charlie Brown, Sally and Snoopy rush to get ready for their baseball game, although Sally doesn't understand why the boys have to look just right for the big game. Original Sunday strip measures 24" x 16.75". United Features Syndicate label is affixed to the seventh panel and the date of "8-31" appears on the sixth panel. Foxing and toning to the title sheet, affixed to the first panel. Strip itself is in near fine condition. A charming "Peanuts" tribute to America's favorite pastime.
