Photo is inscribed by an unknown hand to Betty Grissom's sister and brother in law: "To Jim and / Mary Lou Fosbrink / Our best wishes / The Apollo 11 Crew". Semi-matte photo bears NASA insignia and print to verso. Measures 10" x 8". Fine.
