Eddy Postmaster of Rush City, Minnesota. ''Jas. A. Gary'' countersigns as Postmaster General. Gilt seal with red ribbon is affixed to lower left. Measures 19.75'' x 16''. Dampstaining to right side and bottom edge, and toning. In very good condition.
