Malcolm X autograph note signed with his Muslim name and very rare as such. Postmarked 20 May 1964 while Malcolm X was touring the Middle East and Africa, he writes on a postcard, ''Greetings from Algeria, one of the most beautiful nations on the African continent. el-Hajj Malik''. Just two months prior, Malcolm X broke with the Nation of Islam and converted to the Sunni Muslim faith. He then made a holy visit to Mecca, where he met with Saudi Prince Faisal, and toured Africa. Postcard measures 5.5'' x 3.5''. Very good plus condition.
