Flag measuring 5.75'' x 3.75'' is affixed to certificate signed, ''Charles Conrad Jr.'', ''Dick Gordon'' and Alan Bean''. Certificate reads, ''This flag was carried to the moon by the crew of Apollo 12 / November 19, 1969 / Ocean of Storms''. Certificate measures 7'' x 9.75''. Pinholes at corners and some moisture staining, otherwise very good condition.
