Attractive document signed by Theodore Roosevelt as President and future President William Howard Taft as Secretary of War. Dated 29 December 1905, Roosevelt appoints a George Moseley as Captain of Cavalry. Military vignettes and blue War Department seal accent the document. Very well preserved in near fine condition.
