Signed by Justices John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter, Byron R. White, Antonin Scalia, William H. Rehnquist, Anthony M. Kennedy, Thurgood Marshall, Antonin Scalia, William J. Brennan Jr., Harry A. Blackmun, Clarence Thomas, and Sandra Day O'Connor. Visible portion of semi-glossy photo measures 13.5'' x 10.5'', with signed mat board measuring 20'' x 16''. A few minute imperfections, overall in near fine condition. Notation on back of board reads ''Senator Alan Simpson / Return to CJ's Chambers'', indicating the photo may have been signed for Senator Alan Simpson, one of Justice Thomas's advocates during his Senate confirmation hearing.
