Armstrong, who was also a delegate to the Continental Congress and Senator from New York, authorizes a Pennsylvanian soldier in the 15th U.S. Infantry be placed on a pension list ''at the rate of three dollars and fifty cents per month''. Single page calligraphic letter measures 7.75'' x 8.75''. Light creasing, else near fine.
