Model of town featured in ''Casa de Mi Padre,'' the 2012 film starring Will Ferrell. The film, in Spanish with English subtitles, was a hilarious spoof of Spanish-language telenovela soap operas, shot on a relatively low budget of 6 million dollars. In lieu of costly aerial footage, production commissioned this model of a small town in Mexico. Detailed scale model features two streets bisecting the center of town with storefront facades, each detailed and quite realistic, including the ''Plaza de Mercado'' market, a church, bank, salon and bar, with 12 storefronts in total. Included is one of the tiny model cars. Scene is mounted to a wooden frame and overall measurements are 62'' long, 37'' wide and 18.75'' tall. Near fine. With COA from It's a Wrap.
