Bound in red paper boards with blind stamped Reagan signature on front board, and a blue cloth spine lettered in gilt. Bears sequence 1-3-5-7-9-10-8-6-4-2 on the copyright page and the ''Deluxe Ltd. Edition'' ISBN number. Runs 748pp. and measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Near fine condition. Price clipped dust jacket, which bears the Reagan Library label, is also near fine. With PSA/DNA COA.
