Kennedy signs and inscribes to title page, ''For Sally / Affectionately & with thanks / Bob Kennedy / Christmas 1967''. Book runs 233pp., housed in navy blue boards with gilt lettering. Measures 5.5'' x 8.5''. Small white stain to front cover, else near fine.
