Rare signature by Ritchie Valens, who passed away at only 17 years of age in the same plane crash that claimed Buddy Holly's life. Signed in blue ballpoint on a flyer for KFWB radio station in Los Angeles, with other signatures by DJs from the radio station also present. Program measures 8'' x 6.875'' unfolded. Heavy creasing and chips to edges. In good plus condition. With Roger Epperson COA. Acquired directly by the consignor as a teenager in 1958 when Valens performed at the California National Guard Armory in Highland Park.
