Nixon signs on the half title page, ''To Marty Cummitz...Richard Nixon''. Authored by Nixon five years following his resignation, he writes that World War III between the U.S. and the Soviet Union has begun: ''We are at war.'' Includes original dustjacket. Runs 341pp. and measures 6.25'' x 9.5''. Volume is in fine condition. Unclipped dustjacket shows toning and light wear, else near fine.
