Lot of prints and artist proofs by Joseph Mugnaini for Ray Bradbury stories, from the author's personal collection. Lot comprises: (1) print of a large gothic building with a large crowd of figures milling about in the foreground. Measures 19" x 16". Toning and tears to edges. Very good; (2) print of a blazing building with throngs of figures. Measures 15" x 20". Toning and tears to edges. Very good; (3) color print of a winged figure in a colorful geometric setting, with a ringed red planet hovering at center. Measures 8.75" x 10.75". Slightly irregular edges; (4) color print from "The Martian Chronicles" depicting a figure with "The Praying Mantis Vehicle" behind him under a starry sky and large glowing planet. Measures 9.25" x 10.75". Slightly irregular edges; (5) lot of four artist proof intaglio prints of Moundshroud, a central character in Bradbury's popular work, "The Halloween Tree", all signed by the artist, titled "Moundshroud" and labeled "A/P". Illustrated areas measure 6.75" x 4.75" on varying sized sheets; (6) transparency of page 103 from "The Halloween Tree", at the point where the children visit Notre Dame. Sheet features ten lines of text under a drawing of various creatures. Measures 8.25" x 9". Clipped lower corners; (7) print in blue ink from "The Halloween Tree", showing the tree itself, full of jack o'lanterns, blowing in the wind outside a creepy house. Measures 7" x 9.25". Creasing and mounting to paper, (8) six lower quality copies of some of the art, ranging from 8.5" x 11" to 9.25" x 13.5". Very good overall. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate.
