Untranslated document in Spanish is ''Law No. 663'', and countersigned by both Cuban President Osvaldo Dorticos Torrados and Foreign Minister Raul Roa Garcia. Signed ''Fidel Castro'' above the blue Cuban seal. Measures 8'' x 11.5''. Some foxing and a closed tear to right. Very good condition.
